Relief Society Humanitarian Project! Dec. 9th

We had the awesome opportunity to go volunteer at the food bank. We had an awesome turn out of 27 volunteers! It was an amazing experience to really make a difference in this struggling world.

Our Expecting Moms! Dec. 2nd

Kendra and Tiffanee are our current expecting mothers. They are both expecting boys! Quilts were tied to celebrate the coming of their babies.

"AA" Meeting! Apples & Aprons Nov. 18th

We had a memorable night of wearing a favorite apron, eating a warm soup dinner, and making a fresh apple pie. Our sisters Xenna, Marylynn, & Sharon shared stories of aprons present and past.

Welcome to Our Ward Family! Sep. 29th

We were so excited to welcome Elex and Hope to our ward family. These sweet girls add a positive spirit to our neighborhood. The yw made cute peg boards for the girls and the relief society made them quilts.

We Know How to Have Fun!

To celebrate welcoming Elex and Hope to our ward family we played a few relay games. There were a lot of laughs and good memories.

Reading, Writing, Readiness! Sep. 14th

This was our September Quarterly Meeting. We ate delicious salads and desserts provided by the Sisters. We then went to Sister Bishop's home to hear our guest speaker Bro. Ostler give us insight on how to study our scriptures effectively.

Look who we found causing trouble at the Pleasant Grove Promenade! Shopping, dancing, and face painting were the nights activity for these young women. If you need a fun night out we all know who to call!

It was a quilting extravaganza! We have 3 mom's and 4 babies on the way. One baby decided to come 4 days before our party! She was a true guest of honor. Look at these women glow!

Stake Humanitarian Day!

It was another busy day at the Stake Humanitarian Day. Friends, neighbors, and children were all engaged in a good cause.





















This is Casey Riley. She is new to our neighborhood. Take a minute to stop and say hello to her and her cute family. This is the first time she has ever tied a quilt. Good job Casey!

Produce at The Promenade!

It's always a party at the Pleasant Grove Promenade! Our vegetables are the most beautiful, plump and colorful vegetables at the market. Proceeds help pay for the water system, fertilizers, drip system and a new "shack" at our flourishing garden.

Pickle me Beets!

Thanks to Sister Nora Larson for her great demo. on how to pickle and cook with beets. Did you know that beets are one of the most nutritious vegetables out there for your body? Their rich color is a great anti-oxidant for our daily health. Check out our recipe corner for delicious side dishes with beets!
